This Cancellation Policy applies to all sessions booked with Vanessa LeBlanc via vanessaleblanc.com or external booking scheduler simplybook.net or similar.
1. Session Commitment
All sessions are scheduled in advance and require preparation and reserved time. By booking a session, you agree to honour the time allocated.
2. Cancellations

Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time are not eligible for a refund.
3. No-Shows

If you do not attend your session at the scheduled time and do not provide notice, the session is considered a no-show.

No-shows are not refunded, rescheduled, or credited.
4. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

Late arrival does not extend the session duration.

If you arrive significantly late, the session may proceed with the remaining time or be considered a no-show at discretion.
5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is offered at discretion, subject to availability.

Sessions may only be rescheduled once.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare circumstances, cancellations or rescheduling may be considered at discretion. This does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.
7. Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy in full.
